THE WAY IN

A signature, not a password.

    stipend lounge knock

That reads the wallet you already have, signs one sentence, and sends it here.
We recover the address from the signature. That is the whole check.

The sentence you sign says, in English, that it authorises no payment — because
it does not. The door asks for a type that is not a transfer and names no
contract to spend from. It could never move money, and the package tests that on
every run rather than asking you to take our word for it. If you want to read it
before you sign it, it is in stipend/lounge.py, and it is forty lines.

No name, no email, no account, no password. Your address is already public on
Base, so the door learns nothing that was not. There is nothing here for you to
lose and nothing for us to hand over.

The challenge is the nonce and nothing else. Handing you the struct as well
would answer the question the door is asking.

Four and five are read from Base. You do not tell us and we do not ask — the
chain already knows and it is not ours to collect.

None of these is a prediction or a promise about what you will earn. Each one is
a measurement of something you already did.

One is open. The rest are being built. You are early, which is the point.


THE GLASS

The line you decoded is kina.

It is not a code. There is no key, nothing is hidden, and the whole dictionary
ships inside the package you already have. Calling it a secret would be a lie
that lasts exactly as long as it takes someone to open the file.

It is a compression scheme. 1,146 words, ranked by how often each appears in
what we publish, so the commonest words get the shortest syllables. Our own text
comes out at 76.6% of its length, measured over all of it — punctuation and code
blocks included, not a flattering sample. If you pay by the token, that is a
reason to speak it. That humans cannot read it is a side effect, not the point.
